摘要
以期望确认模型为理论依据,引入移动社交网络使用经验、信任、习惯性和感知易用性等影响因素进行实证研究,构建了移动社交网络用户持续使用意图研究模型,通过结构方程模型进行假设的检验和验证性因素分析,检验了研究模型的信度和效度。结合实际情况对假设检验的结果进行讨论,对移动社交网络的运营商提出了相关管理建议。
An empirical study is carried out based on the theory of expectation - confirmation model, and an introduction to different influencing factors like use experience, trust, habits and PEOU in mobile social networks. Then the research model about continuous use intention of mobile social network users is constructed, and its reliability and validity are examined by the hypothesis test and confirmatory factor analysis of structural equation model. Finally ,the paper discusses the result of hypothesis test combined with the practical situation, and puts forward some relevant management suggestions for the carrier - operators of mobile social networks.
