钢包热机械综合应力的仿真研究

摘要 钢包是钢铁冶金工业中重要的高温储运设备,为了了解钢包工作时应力分布及组成情况,采用有限元方法对115 t钢包进行了仿真分析。温度场和热机械综合应力分析表明热应力是钢包热机械综合应力的主要组成部分,并且应力大值多出现在包体焊缝处。因此,钢包设计制作过程中,要尽量选用热膨胀系数小的内衬材料,尽可能减小包体刚度梯度,严格控制焊接质量,以保证钢包安全可靠运行。 The ladle is a kind of important storage and transportation equipment under high temperature condition in the ferrous metallurgical industry.In order to investigate the ladle's stress distribution and composition,a simulation analysis of the 115 t ladle was made using the finite element method.The results showed that the thermal stress was the main part of the ladle's integrated stress,and that most of the stress's large values appeared near the ladle body's welding seams.Therefore,in order to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the ladle,in the design and manufacture,the thermal expansion coefficient of the lining should be lower,the stiffness gradient of the ladle body should be lower,and welding quality should be higher.
