摘要
教师课程知识作为教师知识的重要组成部分,具有复合性、动态性、实践性的特征,教师课程知识的完善有助于提高教师的教育教学质量、促进教师的专业发展。但当下农村初中英语教师认知性课程知识不够全面、实践性课程知识不够深入,要解决这种现状,需教育主管部门、学校和教师的协同努力来促进农村初中英语教师课程知识的发展。
Teachers' curriculum knowledge, with complex, dynamic, practical characteristics, is an important part of teachers' knowledge. The improvement of teachers' curriculum knowledge is helpful to improve the quality of teaching and teachers' professional development. With the further development of the new curriculum reform and the implementation of the English Curriculum Standards, the English teachers' curriculum knowledge in rural junior high school is becoming more and more important. But currently, in rural junior high school, English teachers' cognitive curriculum knowledge is not comprehensive and practical curriculum knowledge is not embedded. To solve this situation, it's necessary to combine eoUabomtive efforts of Education Department, schools and teachers to promote the development of English teachers' curriculum knowledge in rural junior high school.
