番珠安痫片的急性毒性实验研究

Experimental Study on Acute Toxicity of Fanzhu Anxian Tablets

目的探讨番珠安痫片的急性毒性反应,为其临床用药安全提供依据。方法采用一次性给予小鼠最大浓度(35%)、最大体积(40ml/kg)测定番珠安痫片最大给药量;再以1∶0.8的间距选择11.2 g/kg、8.96 g/kg、7.168 g/kg、5.7344 g/kg、4.58752 g/kg等5个剂量为近似最大耐受量给予动物;又以1∶0.9的间距选择6 g/kg、5.4 g/kg、4.86 g/kg等3个剂量为最大耐受量给予动物。结果番珠安痫片以最大给药量14 g/kg给药,动物死亡12只;近似最大耐受量5个剂量从高到低依次死亡动物为11只、11只、2只、0只、0只;最大耐受量3个剂量从高到低依次死亡动物为1只、0只、0只。结论番珠安痫片一次性给予小鼠的最大耐受量是5.4 g/kg,相当于人用量的120倍。

Objective To explore the acute toxicity of Fanzhu Anxian tablets,and to provide theoretical basis for the safety of clinical drug.Methods The maximal concentration（ 35%） and the maximum volume（ 40ml/kg） were used to determine the maximum dose of Fanzhu Anxian tablets. Then at the interval of 1： 0. 8,selecting 11. 2g/kg,8. 96 g/kg,7. 168 g/kg,5. 734 4g/kg,4. 58752 g/kg 5 doses were used as the approximate maximum tolerable dose,and then at the interval of 1： 0. 9,selecting6 g/kg,5. 4 g/kg,4. 86 g/kg3 doses were used as the maximum tolerable dose. Results The most effective dosage of Fanzhu Anxian tablets was 14g/kg,12 animals died,the 5approximate maximum tolerated doses from high to low led to the number of animal deaths were 11,11,2,0,0. The 3 maximum tolerated doses from high to low led to the number of dead animals were 1,0,0. Conclusions The maximum tolerated dose of Fanzhu Anxian tablets was 5. 4 g/kg,which was equivalent to 120 times of human dosage.
