摘要 早在20世纪20年代,德国生化学家瓦伯格发现即使在有氧条件下肿瘤细胞也是通过糖酵解的方式获得生存所必需的能量[1],这一现象被称为瓦伯格效应(warburg effect)[2,3]。2013年,Carmeliet证实了糖酵解也是血管内皮细胞获取能量、构建新血管的最重要能量来源,
