薏苡茎丙酮提取物的体外抗氧化活性研究

摘要 目的:研究薏苡茎丙酮提取物的体外抗氧化作用,为充分利用薏苡茎提供依据。方法:以丙酮为溶剂,对薏苡茎进行闪式提取,旋转蒸发、浓缩、纯化。采用分光光度计法进行薏苡茎丙酮提取物对羟基自由基、DPPH自由基、超氧阴离子自由基的清除作用,以及还原铁离子能力的测定。结果:薏苡茎丙酮提取物具有较强的清除羟基自由基、DPPH自由基、超氧阴离子自由基的能力,并且具有较强的还原铁离子的能力。结论:薏苡茎丙酮提取物具有较强的体外抗氧化能力,其抗氧化性与浓度间存在明显的量效关系,浓度越高其体外抗氧化能力越强。 Objective To study in vitro antioxidant activity of the aceton extracts from stem of Coix lanchryma -jobi L. , and pro- vide the theory to make use of the Coix stems. Methods Using acetone as the solvent, the Coix stems were flash extraction, rotary e- vaporation, concentration and purification. Using the spectrophotometer of Coix acetone extracts on hydroxyl free radical stem, DPPH free radical scavenging, superoxide anion radical, and iron ions reducing ability were determined. Results The acetone extracts from stem of Coix lanchryma -jobi L. had strong scavenging hydroxyl free radical, DPPH free radical and superoxide radical ability, and had strong ability to restore iron ions. Conclusion The acetone extrats from stem of Coix lanchryma -jobi L. has stronger antioxidant capacity, between the antioxidant activity and concentration there is an obvious close effect relationship, the higher the concentration of antioxidant ability is stronger when the concentration is higher.
