基于长标距光纤光栅传感器的连续梁桥监测技术 被引量:20

摘要 对光纤光栅传感器的原理进行理论分析,提出长标距光纤光栅传感器的概念,提出长标距光纤光栅传感器的制作工艺,分析长标距光纤光栅传感器的应用特点,将长标距光纤光栅传感器应用于大跨径预应力混凝土连续梁桥的施工过程与长期监测,优化提出布设方案及布设施工工艺,对桥梁关键截面的应力监测数据与理论数据进行对比分析,结果表明长标距光纤光栅传感器具有实测数据稳定、可靠、精确和准分布等优点,能实现对桥梁应力、温度等多项内容的实时监测,是一种有效的结构监测传感器。 The principles of fiber Bragg grating sensor were investigated in theory, and the concept together withthe manufacturing technology of long-gauge fiber Bragg grating sensors were put forward. Based on the analysisof the characteristics of the long-gauge FBG sensors, the long-gauge FBG sensors were used for the constructionmonitoring and long-term monitoring of a long-span prestressed concrete continuous girder bridge. The layoutscheme and the installation technique of the FBG were explored. The monitoring and the theoretical stresses in thekey sections of the bridge were compared. The results show that the long-gauge fiber Bragg grating sensors arestable, reliable, precise, and quasi-distributed. The long-gauge fiber Bragg grating sensors can realize the real-timemonitoring of the stress, temperature and so on, so it is an effective sensor for structural monitoring.
