年轻恒牙外伤的治疗效果分析

目的探讨青少年恒牙外伤治疗效果分析。方法选取青少年恒牙外伤患者60例,保存活髓后采用及时有效的正畸固定矫治技术、牙再植术及修复治疗等方法对患者进行治疗。1个月后,观察总结临疗效,统计松动牙及脱位牙的成活率。结果患者60例进行及时有效的检查处理后,经过恢复后均达到牙列整齐、咬合正常的效果,并且松动牙及脱位牙成活率高达80%。结论保存活髓,采用MTA覆盖根髓断面口,采用正畸固定矫治技术、牙再植术及修复治疗等方法能有效的提高松动牙及脱位牙的成活率,患者满意度高,疗效显著。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of juvenile permanent injury analysis.Methods 60 cases of young permanent teeth trauma patients were randomly selected,the preservation of vital pulp by timely and effective orthodontic fixed appliance technology,tooth replantation and repair treatment method for the treatment of patients.After January,the clinical efficacy was observed and the survival rate of loose teeth and dislocation teeth were statistically observed.Results 60 cases of patients in a timely and effective examination after treatment,after the restoration of teeth in order to achieve the normal,occlusal normal effect,and loose teeth and dislocation tooth survival rate as high as 80%.Conclusion The preservation of vital pulp.The MTA covering the root pulp section of export,using orthodontic fixed appliance technology,tooth replantation and repair treatment method can effectively improve the survival rate of teeth and tooth luxation of loosening,patient satisfaction is high,the curative effect is remarkable.
