基于“永磁直驱+芳纶胶带”节能高效高可靠性胶带运输系统 被引量:3

The Reliable Energy-saving and Efficient Belt Conveyor Transportation System based on permanent Magnetic Direct Drive and Aramid Fiber Belt

摘要 针对煤矿井下胶带输送机驱动系统效率低且维护成本高,钢结构部件易锈蚀,胶带自重大、在运输系统中占用负荷大等不足情况,进行了驱动系统、钢结构防腐工艺、新型胶带材料技术研究应用。采用永磁同步电动机通过联轴器直接驱动胶带输送机机,钢结构部件采用热浸锌防腐工艺进行防腐、防锈处理,研制了芳纶胶带取代传统PVG、钢丝绳芯胶带。结果证明:永磁直驱实现了驱动零维护,免除了驱动设备维修维护投入,浸锌钢结构部件有效延长使用寿命,芳纶胶带采用DPP结构,具有拉伸强度大、伸长率低、带体薄、抗撕裂、运行稳定等特点,可有效降低带体自重,降低运输能耗,提高运行效率,延长胶带使用寿命。通过这些措施,提高了设备传动效率,延长了钢结构部件使用寿命,降低胶带运输能耗,提高运行效率,取得了良好的节能、降耗效益。 In view of the problem of low efficiency,high maintenance cost,steel structure parts easy to rust,the heaviness of belt of coal minebelt conveyor drive system ,using steel structure anticorrosion technology,research and application of new adhesive materials technology.Thisthesis using permanent magnet synchronous motor drive belt conveyor directly by coupling pattern, the steel structure parts hot-dip zincanticorrosion technology is adopted to improve the anti-corrosion, anti-rust treatment, aramid fiber tape is developed to replace traditionalPVG, steel wire core tape.Results show that permanent magnet direct-drive achieved zero maintenance, exempt the drive equipmentmaintenance maintenance, leaching zinc effectively prolong the service life of steel structure parts, aramid fiber tape structure of DPP, lowtensile strength, elongation, thin belt body, tear resistance, stable operation, etc, can effectively reduce the body weight, reduce transportenergy consumption and improve operating efficiency, prolong the service life of the tape.Through these measures to improve the equipmenttransmission efficiency, prolong the service life of steel structure components, reduce the adhesive tape transportation energy consumption,improve operational efficiency, has obtained the favorable benefit of energy saving, consumption reduction.
