加减半夏泻心汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Treatment of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis by Modified Banxia Xiexin Decoction

目的分析加减半夏泻心汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)的临床效果。方法选择本院2016年1—12月收治的73例CAG患者,分为研究组(37例),对照组(36例);对照组实施常规西医治疗,研究组实施半夏泻心汤加减治疗,探讨两组治疗效果。结果反酸反胃的症状积分,研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);且治疗后研究组的总有效率优于对照组,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加减半夏泻心汤应用于慢性萎缩性胃炎治疗中临床疗效显著。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of modified Banxiaxiexin Decoction in treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis （CAG）. Methods A total of 73 patients with CAG were enrolled in our hospital from January to December 2016, and devided into the study group （37 cases） and the control group （36 cases）. The control group was treated with routine western medicine, and the study group was treated with Banxia Xiexin Decoction. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were discussed. Results After treatment, anti-acid nausea symptom score in the study group was lower than the control group （P 〈 0.05）. And the total effective rate of the study group was signifcantly better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The effect of Banxia Xiexin Decoction on the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis was signifcant.
