Digital Labor and the Contemporary Interpretation of Marx's Labor Theory of Value

随着信息通讯技术和数字媒体技术的飞速发展,以网络数字平台在线用户活动为代表的数字劳动日益成为当今世界不可或缺的劳动形式。数字劳动的出场和勃兴对于坚持和发展马克思劳动价值论提出了新挑战。本文聚焦互联网企业的劳资关系,对数字劳动的内涵、特征和形式、数字劳动的基本维度、数字劳动的价值贡献等方面进行拓展性分析和阐释,以期为开辟马克思主义政治经济学新境界提供一个新的研究视角。

Together with the rapid growth of ICT and digital media technology, the digital labor represented by users' online free labor on the internet platforms has becoming an indispensable labor form in the contemporary world. With the advent and development of digital labor, there appear challenges and problems for the adherence to Marx's labor theory of value. By focusing on the relationship between digital labor and capital accumulation in the internet enterprises, this paper attempts to make a Marxian analysis and interpretation of digital labor, including its definition, characteristics and concrete forms, its basic dimensions, its role in value creation. Then,it reveals the further research issues for theorizing digital labor from the perspectives of Marxian political economy.
