摘要
随着种植技术的发展与改进,人们生活水平的不断提高,种植牙已被广大患者接受和认可。颌骨是全身骨骼系统的一部分,全身骨代谢疾病也会影响颌骨骨组织的代谢和骨量的变化。骨质疏松作为影响种植体骨结合的重要因素,对种植牙咀嚼功能成功恢复不可忽视。本文从骨改建异常,骨质疏松与成脂分化,间充质干细胞的成脂分化,Ror2/Wnt5α信号通路对BMMSCs成脂分化的调控机制等方面作一综述。
Objective With the development of the planting technology and people's living standard,dental im- plants have been accepted and recognized by the patients. The jawbone is a part of systemic skeletal system. The whole body bone metabolic disease also affects the metabolism of jaw bone and the changes in bone mass. Osteoporosis is an important factor influencing the implant bone combined. Then the function for growing teeth chewing recovery success can not be ignored.This article discusses the abnormal bone reconstruction, Osteoporosis with a concomitant differentiation and the mesenchymal stem cell into fat differentiation in vitro. This article also reviewed the Ror2/WntSα signaling pathway for the regulation mechanism of differentiation of BMMSCs into fat.
