经腹部联合经阴道彩超检查在妇产科急腹症诊断中的应用价值

The application value of transabdominal joint transvaginal ultrasound examination in the diagnosis of acute abdomen in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology

目的观察分析经腹部联合经阴道彩超检查在妇产科急腹症诊断中的临床应用效果。方法选择我院在2016年1月~2017年1月份间收治的妇产科急腹症患者,按照纳入和排除标准选择120例患者作为本次研究对象,随机分为观察组(n=60)和对照组(n=60),分别采用经腹部联合经阴道彩超检查、单纯的经腹部超声检查,观察比较两组患者的诊断符合率。生活质量和临床症状评分效果。结果观察组妇产科急腹症患者诊断符合率明显更高,分别为98.3%和86.7%;同时和观察组患者的临床质量评分和生活质量评分相比,观察组两项指标分别为(9.81±0.76)分和(7.81±0.94)分,对照组两项指标分别为(7.33±0.92)分和(5.74±0.90)分,观察组患者各项指标均明显更优异,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),两种彩超检查方式的影像学表现也呈现一定差异。结论对于妇产科急腹症患者而言,需要给予其及时有效全面的诊断,而经腹部联合经阴道彩超检查,则可以提高诊断符合率,改善患者的临床症状和生活质量,具有临床推广价值。

Objective To observe and analyze the clinical application effect of transabdominal joint transvaginal ultrasound examination in the diagnosis of acute abdomen in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Methods 120 patients with acute abdomen admitted in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected as the study object, according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The patients were randomly divided into observation group（n=60）and control group（n=60）. The observation group was given trans- abdominal joint transvaginal ultrasound examination and the control group was treated with transabdominal ultrasound examination only. The diagnostic coincidence rate, quality of life and clinical symptoms score were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The diagnostic coincidence rate of the patients in the observation group（98.3%） was significantly higher than that of the control group（86.7%）. At the same time, the clinical quality score and quality of life score between the observation group and the control group were compared. The two indicators in the observation group were （9.81±0.76）points and（7.81±0.94）points. And the two indicators were（7.33±0.92）points and（5.74±0.90）points in the control group. The indicators in the observation group were significantly more excellent. And the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. And there was some difference in the imaging performance between the two kinds of col- or doppler ultrasound examination. Conclusion For patients with acute abdomen in obstetrics and gynecology, timely and effective diagnosis are needed. While transabdominal joint transvaginal ultrasound examination can improve the di- agnostic coincidence rate, which improves the clinical symptoms and quality of life of patients, and has clinical promotion value.
