摘要
本文简要分析了带状线谐振器法、分裂圆柱体谐振腔法和分离电介质谐振腔法的测试原理,并通过对Rogers 6002材料的测试比较,验证了三种测试方法的特点。为不同的被测样品的介电性能测试提供了选用指导建议。
The theory of strip-line resonator cylindrical cavity and split-post dielectric resonator were analyzed in this paper. And by testing the material Rogers 6002 the characteristics of the three testing methods were compared. The selection and guidance of the dielectric properties testing with different samples were provided.
