摘要
基于高锰酸钾和十六烷基三甲基氢氧化铵之间的氧化还原反应,采用水热法制备了MnO_2材料。应用X射线衍射、扫描电镜和氮气吸脱附技术对所得材料的结构、形貌和表面性质进行表征。结果表明:所得材料具有水钠/钾锰矿(Birnessite)型层状结构,比表面积为70m^2/g。研究了反应时间对产物结构和形貌的影响。此外,采用循环伏安法测试了MnO_2材料的电容性质。当扫描速度为5mV/s时,比电容达到199F/g。
Manganese dioxide was prepared based on redox between KMnO4 and hexadecyltrimethyl ammonium hydroxide with hydrothermal method.The obtained material was characterized by X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy and N2 adsorption-desorption.Results showed that the product was birnessite-type layered manganese dioxide and the specific surface area was 70 m^2/g.Effect of reaction time on crystal structure and morphology of product were investigated.In addition,capacitive properties were characterized by cyclic voltammetry.The capacitance value reached 199 F/g at sweep rate of 5 mV/s.
