摘要
镶齿滚刀破岩产生的细小岩渣是引起钻井施工中粉尘问题的关键因素,细小岩渣所占比例也可以反映出反井钻机的破岩效率。介绍镶齿滚刀破碎岩渣形成机理,分析破碎岩渣的粒径分布特点。对镶齿滚刀破岩试验得到的岩渣进行粒径筛分,得出各次试验的粒径分布数据,并计算出各次破岩试验的破岩比能。通过对各组粒径分布数据的拟合分析,得出岩渣粒径分布规律;分析拟合曲线,得到岩渣分布特征粒径数据;对特征粒径和破岩比能进行分析,得出两者之间的数学关系。
The fine rock cuttings occurred from the rock breaking by the inserted rolling cutters would be the key factor to cause the dust problems from the drilling operation and the percentage of the fine rock cuttings also could reflect the rock breaking efficiency of the raise boring machine.The paper introduced a rock cutting mechanism of the inserted rolling cutters and analyzed the particle size distribution features of the rock cuttings.A particle size screening was conducted on the rock cutting from the rock breaking test with the inserted rolling cutters,the particle size distribution data of each test were obtained and the specific rock breaking energy of each rock breaking test were calculated.With the fitting analysis on the partical size distribution data of each group,the particle size distribution law of the rock cuttings was obtained.The particle size data of the rock cutting distribution features were obtained with the analysis on the fitting curve.The analysis on the characteristic particle size and the specific rock breaking energy was conducted and the mathematic relation between the above two was obtained.
