摘要
本实验采用双波长K系数分光光度法,以PAR为显色剂,对铜锌电镀液中Zn2+和Cu2+含量进行了测定。通过待测离子的吸收波长与参比波长的正确选择及合理组合,消除一种离子的干扰来测定另一种离子的含量。通过实验可得:实验最佳条件为缓冲溶液的用量0.50mL,酸度pH=8,显色剂的用量3.0 mL;铜的线性回归方程为y=0.002 6x+0.971 4,线性范围为2.542~44.482μg/mL,相关系数R=0.997 8;锌的线性回归方程为y=0.002 3x+1.043,线性范围为1.959~20.978μg/mL,相关系数R=0.997 3;铜的回收率为97.238%~102.234%,锌的回收率为97.774%~101.511%。
The dual wavelength K Spectrophotometry was adopted to determine Zn^2+ and Cu^2+ in plating solution with PAR as chromogenic agent.One content would be determined while the influence of the other was eliminated through proper selection and combination of absorption wavelength and reference wavelength.It was obtained by experiments that the optimum condition was buffer solution 0.50 mL,pH=8 and chromogenic agent 3.0 mL.The equation of linear regression of Cu^2+ was y=0.0026 x+0.9714(R=0.9973)with linearity range 2.542~44.482μg/mL,the equation of linear regression of Zn^2+ was y=0.0023 x+1.043 with linearity range 1.959~20.978μg/mL,the recovery percent of Cu^(2+)was 97.238%~102.234% and the recovery percent of Zn^2+ was 97.774%~101.511%.
