摘要
研究生教师的教学思想与教学行为直接影响研究生的培养质量。当前研究生教学领域倡导自主学习、研究性学习、服务性学习、合作学习、协商学习等新方法。这些方法背后的教与学观念逐步超越表层,走向深层学习。基于对这些方法的认识,透视与分析"以学定教"的教学价值取向和"以教导学"的教学行为策略在研究生教学中的应用,对我国研究生教学质量提高多有裨益。
The quality of graduate students is affected by graduate teachersJ teaching thoughts and behaviors. Now, some new methods such as self-regulated learning, research-based learning, service learning, cooperative learning, and negotiated learning are encouraged in the field of graduate teaching. Beyond the surface learning, deep learning is gradually formed. Based on these methods, the teaching value orientation of u teaching by leaming,,and the teaching strategies of u guiding learning with teaching,,should be advocated in order to improve quality of gradu-ate teaching.
