本文撰写以高校辅导员的教育引导工作为视角,以2016年发生在秦皇岛的女大学生因被嫌弃形象气质差而求职遭拒的新闻事件为触点,以指导高校女大学生在竞争激烈的人才市场成功就业为最终目的,以河北科技师范学院500名女大学生为研究对象,以发放问卷为调查方式,以统计数字为依据,从心态调整、服装选择、形象搭配三个方面引导高校女大学生要注重加强自我形象管理,提升求职面试的筹码,内外兼修成功步入职场。

This paper is written with the education and guidance of college counselors work as the angle of view, in2016 in Qinhuangdao for female students despise poor image quality job rejected news events for contacts, to guide the female college students in the fierce competition in the talent market employment as the ultimate goal, with 500 female college students of Hebei Normal University of Science and Technology as the research object, to release questionnaire survey, based on some statistics, from the attitude adjustment, clothing selection, image collocation guide the three aspects of female university students should strengthen self image management, enhance the job interview chips, external and internal cultivation successfully entered the workplace.
