摘要
在单项目环境中,首次综合考虑了多团队协同设计、设计资源有限、任务分配和完成时间随机、不同团队之间存在设计返工与迭代等产品研发过程中的关键特征,建立了随机网络模型,该模型可以全面评估产品研发项目的时间绩效。最后,应用模型分析了实际案例中的瓶颈团队,选择不同的绩效指标可能导致不同的瓶颈位置。
Within a single project environment, multiple teams' collaborative design, design resource constraints, stochastic task arrival and duration, design rework and iteration among different teams, and other important features in product development process were considered simultaneously for the first time. A stochastic network model was built. Based on the proposed model, analytical expressions from two perspectives including iteration times and development time were derived, which comprehensively evaluated time performance of a product development project. Finally, the model was applied for bottleneck analysis in a practical example. Selecting different performance indicators led to different identification of bottleneck teams.
