电针对心肌缺血大鼠心肌组织中LncRNA差异表达的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨长链非编码RNA(LncRNA)在急性心肌缺血大鼠和电针组大鼠心肌组织中的表达差异。方法 18只SD大鼠随机分为模型组、电针组、生理盐水对照组,每组6只。模型组、电针组用皮下多点位注射盐酸异丙肾上腺素(ISO)制备急性心肌缺血大鼠模型,电针组电针内关穴5 d,比较各组心电图ST段偏移幅度;采用LncRNA芯片检测模型组和电针组大鼠心肌组织LncRNA的表达差异,筛选出电针治疗心肌缺血相关的LncRNA。结果与模型组比较,电针组ST段偏移较小;上调和下调超过2倍的LncRNA共153条。与模型组比较,电针组大鼠LncRNA表达谱变化显著。结论 LncRNA可能在电针治疗心肌缺血过程中发挥一定作用。 Objective To explore the effects of electroacupuncture (EA) on expression prolifes of long noncoding RNA of myocardi- al ischemia in rats. Methods 18 SD rats were randomly divided into mYocardial isehemia model, EA and control groups (n = 6). Myocardial infarction was produced in rats with 85 mg/kg of isoproterenol administered subcutaneously (sc) twice at an interval of 24 h. Rats of EA group were treated with EA for 5 days. ST segment voltages of ECG in all rats were recorded. The expression profiles of LneRNA of the three groups were analyzed through the rat LncRNA microarray. Results ST segment voltage of EA group was much lower than that of model group. 153 LncRNAs were identified to be different expression (fold change ≥ 2). Conclusions Compared with model group, there are evi- dently differentially expressed profiles of LneRNA in EA group. LncRNA might play a role in the treatment of myocardial ischemia by EA.
