摘要
本文以某型飞机主起落架车架关键结构为研究对象,对其结构进行疲劳寿命及灵敏度分析并指导结构优化研究。通过疲劳寿命分析找出结构危险薄弱部位,再分析薄弱部位部分设计变量对结构指标的影响程度,然后依据分析结果对结构进行优化研究。结果表明,通过分析找出结构危险薄弱部位并筛选出对结构指标影响最大的变量,使结构优化具有针对性且优化效果良好,为类似结构优化提供参考。
In this paper, the key structure of the main landing gear frame of a certain aircraft is studied, the fatigue life and sensitivity are analyzed and the structure optimization is conducted. Through the fatigue life analysis find out the dangerous parts of the structure, then analyze the influence degree of the design variables for the structural indexes, and optimize the structure according to the analysis results. The results, through analysis find out the risk weak parts of structural and select the variables that have the greatest influence on the structural indicators, so that the structural optimization is targeted and the optimization effect is good, and providing a reference for similar structural optimization.
