醒脑开窍针刺法对心肺复苏后患者TNF-α、IL-6以及IL-8水平的影响

The Effect of the Method of Xingnao Kaiqiao Acupuncture on TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-8 in Patients after Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation

目的观察醒脑开窍针刺法对心肺复苏后患者血清中肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)的影响。方法将符合纳入标准的60例心肺复苏后患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各30例,对照组按心肺脑复苏指南集束化治疗方案进行治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用醒脑开窍针刺治疗,分别于心肺复苏后即刻、1、3、7 d观察两组患者血清中TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8的动态变化。结果心肺复苏后即刻,两组患者血清中TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);心肺复苏后1 d,两组患者血清中TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8水平均呈不同程度的升高趋势,两组患者升高程度相当(P>0.05);心肺复苏后3 d,两组患者血清中TNF-α、IL-6以及IL-8水平开始呈下降趋势,且治疗组下降更明显(P<0.05);心肺复苏后7 d,两组患者血清中TNF-α、IL-6以及IL-8水平均下降至低于心肺复苏后即刻水平,且治疗组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论醒脑开窍针刺法能有效平稳降低心肺复苏后患者血清中TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8的水平,降低机体炎症反应,缓解临床症状,改善疾病预后。

Objective： To discuss the effect of the method of Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture on TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-8 in patients after cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Methods： 60 cases of patients after cardiopulmonary resus- citation （CPR）, according to random number table method, were divided into the treatment group and the control group, 30 cases in each group. According to Cardiopulmonary resuscitation guidelines,the control group received sepsis bundle treatment;the treatment group,on the basis of control group,combined with Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture treatment. The dynamic changes of TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-8 in the serum of the two groups were ob- served respectively on 1 d,3 d,and 7 d after cardiopulmonary resuscitation （CPR）. Results： Immediately after cardiopulmonary resuscitation,there were no significant differences in the levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-8 be- tween the two groups（P〉 0.05）. One day after cardiopulmonary resuscitation,the levels of TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-8 in the two groups were increased in different degree, and the degree of increase in the two groups was similar, and there was no significant difference between the two groups （P〉 0.05）. 3 days after cardiopulmonary resuscitation, the levels of TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-8 in the two groups began to decline, and the treatment group decreased more significantly;the difference was statistically significant （P〈 0.05）. 7 days after cardiopulmonary resuscitation,the levels of TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-8 in the two groups decreased to the immediate level after CPR, and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture method can effectively reduce the levels of TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-8 in the serum of patients after cardiopulmonary resuscitation,reduce the inflammatory reaction,alleviate the clinical symptoms and improve the prognosis of the disease.
