摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法同时测定清眩片中欧前胡素、异欧前胡素和阿魏酸含量的方法。方法:采用Ultimate ^(TM) C_(18)分析柱(4.6mm×150mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-1%冰醋酸梯度洗脱,流速1.0mL·min^(-1)。检测波长为302nm。结果:欧前胡素、异欧前胡素、阿魏酸分别在0.20~20.40、0.05~11.60、0.16~16.20μg·mL^(-1)内有良好的线性关系;平均回收率分别为99.37%±0.77%、101.40%±1.21%、98.63%±0.87%。结论:本法操作简便,结果可靠,重现性好,可用于测定清眩片中3种成分的含量。
Objective:A quantitative method was developed for the determination of imperatorin, isoimperatorin and ferulie acid in Qingxuan tablets by HPLC. Methods:The separation was performed on a UhimateTM C18 (4.6mm×150mm,5μm) column with the mobile phase consisting of methanol-1% acetic acid for gradient elution. The flow rate was 1.0mL·min^-1 with wavelength at 302nm. Results:The linearities were in the ranges of 0.20-20.40μg·mL^-1 for imperatorin, 0.05±11.60μg·mL^-1 for isoimperatorin, 0.16-16.20μg·mL^-1 for ferulic acid, respectively. The average recovery was 99.37%-0.77%, 101.40%-1.21%, 98.63%±0.87%, respectively. Conclusion:This method is convenient, rapid and accurate. It can be used for quality control in production of Qingxuan tablets.
