Research on the Innovative Reform of the Endowment Living at Home in Community through the Internet+ Normalcy on the View of Big Data

以典型智能化社区居家养老服务实务工作经验总结为基础,梳理其工作机制和运行特点,探寻社区居家养老服务与以互联网+技术为代表的智能技术的互嵌问题,并就模式构建的重点问题进行了相应分析,充分论证了社区居家养老服务智能化转变的必要性、可行性,从需求本位、市场化改革、避免技术反身性等方面,探讨了智能化社区居家养老服务工作模式构建的重点方向。

On the basis of summarizing the work experience of typical intelligent community home care practice, this research combs the reform and the running character, and probes the way to implant endowment at home in community and the internet＋ intelligence technology. What＇s more,the research analyzes the emphasis of the model construction, makes an argument on its necessity and feasibility, and discusses the direction of work pattern on endowment social service from necessity, market reform, avoiding technical reflexivity.
