导入OEC管理模式在提高EICU护理管理质量中的应用效果

The Effect of Introducing OEC Management Mode in Improving the Quality of EICU Nursing Management

目的观察导入OEC管理模式在提高急诊重症监护病房(EICU)护理管理质量中的应用效果。方法我院EICU自2016年3月至今开始实施OEC管理模式,与实施OEC管理模式之前的护理质量进行对比;选择2015年1—12月未实施OEC管理模式的110例患者作为对照组,2016年3月—2017年3月实施OEC管理模式的患者122例作为观察组,比较两组的不良事件发生率。结果与实施前比较,实施后基础护理、专科护理、护理文书、病房环境和安全、药械管理以及护理质量总评分均提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与实施前比较,实施后救治成功率提高,意外发生率以及护患纠纷发生率均降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 OEC管理模式可以显著提高EICU的护理管理质量,降低不良事件发生率。

Objective To observe the effect of introducing OEC management model in improving the quality of nursing management in the emergency intensive care unit （EICU）. Methods Since March 2016, OEC management model had been carried out in EICU of our hospital, the quality of nursing before and after the implementation of OEC management model was compared, 110 patients who adopetd the OEC management model from January to December 2015 were selected as the control group; 122 patients who adopted OEC management model from March 2016 to March 2017 were selected as the observation group. The incidence of adverse events in the two groups was compared. Results Compared with before and after the implementation of basic nursing, nursing, nursing documents, ward environment and safety, medical device management and quality of care scores were increased, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）; Compared with before implementation, the success rate of treatment after implementation was improved, the incidence of accident and the incidence of nurse and patient disputes were all decreased, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion OEC management model can significantly improve the quality of nursing management of EICU and reduce the incidence of adverse events.
