摘要
传统的单井道单轿厢电梯仅靠提升运行速度、提高轿厢容量以及配置等无法满足高层或超高层建筑高效运送乘客和货物的要求。笔者提出一种新型永磁同步直线电动机直驱多轿厢循环电梯结构设计方案及其相应的高效运行控制策略,分析结果表明:永磁同步直线电动机驱动的多轿厢循环电梯具有建筑物空间利用率高、候梯时间短、运力与运量可根据客流量及运行时段柔性调整以及能量利用率高等特点,在电梯的安全性和舒适度方面也具有明显的优势。
It is hard to attain the efficient delivery of passengers and cargo by the tradition single-passage and single-compartment elevator in high-rise or super high-rise buildings via increasing the elevating speed as well as enhancing the compartment volume and configuration. The paper proposed the structural scheme of a new-type multi-compartment cycling elevator driven directly by permanent magnet synchronous linear motor(PMSLM) and corresponding efficient operation control strategy. Analysis results showed: the multicompartment cycling elevator driven directly by PMSLM was characterized by high space utilization ratio and short waiting duration, the delivery capacity could be flexibly adjusted according to passenger flow and running stage with high energy utilization ratio, and the elevator was superior in security and comfort.
