基于扰动跟踪法的变压器有源降噪系统研究 被引量:17

摘要 变压器噪声是变电站中主要噪声来源,开展变压器有源噪声控制研究能够弥补无源降噪方式对低频噪声治理效果差的不足,具有应用价值。对电力变压器噪声信号进行采集及分析,建立了复杂声波模型。通过分析变压器噪声特性及各频率分量声压级贡献,将100 Hz、200 Hz、300 Hz三个能量集中的噪声频率分量作为消除目标,提出一种基于扰动跟踪法的变压器有源噪声控制算法。进一步以工控机和可视化编程实现扰动跟踪控制功能,以PCI数据卡、传声器和扬声器实现噪声信号采集及输出功能,搭建有源降噪实验装置。在110 k V变电站中进行降噪实验,实验结果表明该系统在夹角为40°的测量区域内能取得一定降噪效果,为变压器有源降噪系统的进一步应用研究奠定基础。 Transformer noise is the main noise sources in substations. Research on transformer active noise control (ANC) is able to make up the deficiency of the passive noise reduction method for low-frequency noise control effect. The noise signal of power transformer was collected and analyzed, and a complex acoustic wave model was established. A disturbance tracking method was proposed. The 100 Hz, 200 Hz, 300 Hz frequency noise components were set as the target to be elimiated on the analysis of the characteristic of transformer noise and the contribution of sound pressure level of each frequency. The disturbance tracking method was realized by industrial control computer and visual programming. Signal acquisition and output were realized by PCI data card, microphone and loudspeaker. On this basis, the active noise control experimental system were build up. The experiment was carried out in 110 kV substation. The results show that the system can reduce the noise in the fan shaped area with an angle of 40 degrees, which lay the foundation for the engineering application of the active noise control system.
