摘要
文职教员是军队院校一支不可忽视的骨干力量,其思想政治素养的高低直接关系到新型军事人才的培养。因此,国防和军队改革背景下加强军校文职教员思想政治素养的培育,需要引入生涯发展理论,以职业价值观为核心,以有效性和科学性为准绳,以军队化、专业化、职业化为方向,从而实现职业认同度高、职业倦怠感低、职业满意度好、职业自我效能强的培育目标。
The civilian teacher is a key fore which cannot be neglected in military academies, and its ideological and political quality is directly related to the training of new military taXents.Therefore, strengthening the cultivation of civilian teachers ideological and political qualities under the new situation needs to introduce the theory of career development, with the occupation values as the core, with the science and effectiveness as the criterion, with the militarization, specialization and professionalization as the orientation, to achieve high cultivated target of occupation identity, occupation burnout, occupation satisfaction, occupation self-efficacy.
