BaO-6Fe_2O_3磁粉质量分数对丁腈橡胶磁学性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 在BaO-6Fe_2O_3磁粉质量分数为10%~17%的区间,按照1%的BaO-6Fe_2O_3磁粉添加组分,制备了8种BaO-6Fe_2O_3磁性丁腈橡胶复合材料。利用U5-10型充磁机和PG-5型特斯拉计对8种BaO-6Fe_2O_3磁性丁腈橡胶材料进行磁学实验。实验结果表明:随着BaO-6Fe_2O_3磁粉质量分数的增加,BaO-6Fe_2O_3磁性丁腈橡胶的磁感应强度、磁学矫顽力、最大磁积能和剩磁先缓慢递增,接着再以较大的斜率增加。此外,磁性丁腈橡胶的磁感应强度在磁粉质量分数为12%时递增趋势变大;磁学矫顽力、最大磁积能和剩磁都在磁粉质量分数为12%时增大趋势突变变大。所以,随着BaO-6Fe_2O_3磁粉质量分数的提高,BaO-6Fe_2O_3磁性丁腈橡胶复合材料的磁学性能变化特异,表现出特异的磁学性能。 Eight kinds of BaO-6Fe2O3 magnetic NBR composites were prepared according to the 1% BaO-6Fe2O3 magnetic powder adding component in the range of 10%-17% of BaO-6Fe2O3 magnetic powder.Eight kinds of BaO-6Fe2O3 magnetic butyronitrile materials were tested by U5-10 magnetizing machine and PG-5 Tesla.The experimental results showed that with the increase of BaO-6Fe2O3 magnetic powder mass fractionon,the magnetic induction strength,magnetic coercivity,maximum magnetic product energy and remanence of BaO-6Fe2O3 magnetic nitrile rubber increased slowly,and then increased with a larger slope.Additionally,the magnetic induction strength of magnetic NBR increased when the magnetic powder mass fractionon was 12%.The coercivity,the maximum magnetism and the remanence increased the tendency mutation when the magnetic powder mass fractionon was 12%.Therefore,with the improvement of the mass fractionon of BaO-6Fe2O3 magnetic powder,the magnetic properties of BaO-6Fe2O3 magnetic nitrile-butadiene rubber composites were changed-specific,showing specific magnetic properties.Therefore,this study provided a new research method and new application materials for the research and application of new permanent magnet materials.
