探讨阿立哌唑和利培酮在精神分裂症治疗中的应用效果

目的探讨阿立哌唑和利培酮在精神分裂症治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2015年2月2日到2016年2月2日期间在我院进行精神分裂症治疗的68例患者为研究对象，按34例／组的方法随机分为两组，观察组给予阿立哌唑治疗，对照给予利培酮治疗，以此做对比研究。结果观察组的疗效由于对照组（P〈0.05）；观察组的不良反应少与对照组（P〈0.05）。结论阿立哌唑和利培酮应用于精神分裂症治疗中，阿立哌唑的治疗效果更加，副作用更少，值得临床推广。

obieetive to study the vertical pp and risperidone in the treatment of schizophrenia application effect. Selection methods： February 2, 2015 to February 2, 2016 in our hospital in 68 cases of schizophrenia patients as the research object, aecording to 34 cases/group were randomly divided into two groups： observation group was given, made pp azole treatment, control for risperidone therapy, to do eomparative study. Results the curative effeet of observation group with the control group （P〈 0.05） ; Observation group less adverse reaction and the control group （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion o made pp and risperidone used in the treatment of schizophrenia, manic and pp of the treatment effect more, less side effect, worth clinical promotion.
