摘要
如何配置教育资源使更多幼儿接受优质的学前教育,提升区域学前教育资源微观配置效率,是我国学前教育发展与研究的当务之急。本研究阐明了学前教育资源微观配置效率的内涵,探讨了雁行发展模式在提升微观配置效率中的应用。研究认为,雁行发展模式是提升区域学前教育资源微观配置效率的有效路径。研究建议政府应先改善普通园办学条件,提升其学习示范园办学经验的能力;注重普通园教师跟班学习和示范园教师现场指导的结合,提高示范活动效果;注重园长园际交流,提高幼儿园管理水平,挖掘内部教育资源潜力。
It’s urgent to know out how to allocate education resources to provide quality promised preschool education to more children and improve the micro allocative efficiency of regional preschool education resources. This paper expounds the connotation of the micro allocative efficiency of preschool education resources, discusses the application of the flying-geese development mode in improving the micro allocative effciency. Research concludes fying-geese development mode is an effective path to improve the micro allocative effciency of regional preschool education resources. It is suggested that government should improve the conditions of ordinary preschools and enhance their ability of learning educational experience from demonstration preschools; pay attention to the combination of common preschools teachers learn following excellent teachers and excellent teachers teaching in common preschools lively, in order to improve the effect of demonstration activities; pay attention to the inter-preschools exchange of preschools principal, improve the management level of preschools, tap the potential of internal education resources.
