重度眼外伤微创玻璃体术后患者的多体位护理效果观察

Nursing Effect of Multi-position Nursing in Patients with Severe Ocular Trauma after Minimally Invasive Vitreous Surgery

目的:观察多体位护理在重度眼外伤微创玻璃体术后疗效的影响。方法:2015年1月~2017年1月60例重度眼外伤行微创玻璃体切除手术患者,随机分为实验组和对照组各30例,对照组予以传统护理,实验组在此基础上予以多体位护理。结果:实验组并发症发生率低于对照组,医疗护理效果优于对照组,护理满意度100.00%高于对照组86.66%,组间比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:重度眼外伤行微创玻璃体切除手术患者予以多体位护理,能够有效防止术后高眼压,减少患者术后并发症,提高了护理满意度与医疗效果。

Objective:To observe the effect of multi-position nursing in patients with severe ocular trauma after minimally invasive vitreous surgery.Methods:60 severe ocular trauma patients with minimally invasive vitrectomy treated in a hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received traditional nursing and the experimental group received multi-position nursing based on the control group.Results:The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the medical nursing effect was better than that in the control group.The nursing satisfaction of experimental group(100.00%)was higher than that in the control group(86.66%).There were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Multi-position nursing in patients with severe ocular trauma after minimally invasive vitreous surgery can effectively prevent postoperative intraocular hypertension,reduce the postoperative complications,and improve the nursing satisfaction and medical effect.
