摘要
班组是煤矿安全生产的核心单元。班组的工作效率,关乎矿区的生产效益;班组人员及设备的安全,是矿区安全生产的保障;班组工作又具有多变性、不稳定性,一线人员面临着不同的危险源和安全隐患。基于此,榆家梁煤矿综采一队检修班经过长期的生产实践,总结提出"345"班组管理新模式,即3个"反馈"、4个"达标"和5个"化"。在保障人员及设备安全的前提下,实现了精细化管理,提升了企业文化影响力。
Teams and groups are the core unit in coal mine safety production. The working efficiency of the team is related to the production efficiency of the coal mine. the safety of the team personnel and equipment is the guarantee of the safety production in coal mine. Due to the variability and instability of the team work,the production personnel are faced with different sources and hidden dangers. In Yujialiang Coal Mine,After a long period of production practice,the new pattern of"345"team management of 3"feedbacks",4"standards"and 5"requirements"was summarized. Under the premise of ensuring the safety of personnel and equipment,the fine management has been realized,and the influence of corporate culture has been promoted.
