摘要
人体皮肤每天都会接受日光中的紫外线辐射,而长期的紫外线辐射可使其出现损伤,引起皮肤功能受损和弹性降低,最终导致皮肤光老化的发生。引起皮肤光老化的机制多种多样且极其复杂,主要涉及氧化应激、DNA损伤、基质金属蛋白酶的作用、炎症反应等方面,而皮肤光老化的防治方法主要包括防晒剂、抗氧化剂和抗炎制剂的使用等。近年来,改善皮肤光老化损伤已成为国际上的研究热点,因此如何有效地预防和治疗皮肤光老化已成为当今人们普遍关注的问题。
Human skin receives ultraviolet radiation from sunlight every day,however,long-term exposure to ultraviolet will damage the skin,impairing skin function,decreasing skin elasticity and leading to skin photoaging. The mechanisms of skin photoaging are various and extremely complex,mainly including oxidative stress,DNA damage,the impact of matrix metalloproteinases,inflammatory response and so on. The treatments of skin photoaging mainly include the use of sunscreen,antioxidants,anti-inflammatory agents and so on. In recent years,improving the skin photoaging has become an international research hotspot,therefore,how to effectively prevent and treat the skin photoaging has become a common concern.
