摘要
为开发剑麻渣的饲用价值,试验根据湖羊的采食习性,将新鲜剑麻渣处理至含水分50%左右,按剑麻渣98%、玉米粉1%、发酵菌与其他营养物质1%比例混均,密封发酵20~30 d制成发酵剑麻渣料。随机抽取17 kg左右43只青年湖羊,随机分成A组(21只)和B组(22只),A组羊用配合精饲料19%、皇竹草81%饲喂,B组羊用配合精饲料19%、皇竹草67%、发酵剑麻渣14%饲喂。经过27 d饲养对比试验,结果表明B组日增重极显著高于A组(P<0.01),B组料重比比A组低42.45%;经感官检查,在B组羊粪便中未发现剑麻乱纤维,两组羊肉色泽、肉味相似,粪便形态相似。
In order to develop the reed utilization value of sisal residue,the fermented sisal residue were studied according to the feeding habits of Hu sheep.Fresh sisal residue were dried firstly until the water content declined to 50%,then 98% these dried sisal residue were mixed with 1% corn flour,1% fermentation bacteria and other nutrients,and were sealed and fermented for 20 ~ 30 days.Then 43 young Hu sheep with weight nearly 15 kg were randomly selected,and were randomly divided into group A(20 Hu sheep) and group B(22 Hu sheep).Group A sheep were fed with 19% formula concentrated feed and 81% hybrid giant napier,group B sheep were fed with 19% formula concentrated feed,67% hybrid giant napier and 14% fermented sisal residue.After 27 days feeding experiment,the results showed that the daily gain of group B was significantly higher than that of group A(P < 0.01),and the ratio of feed to gain(F/G) of group B was 42.45% lower than that of group A.The sensory examination results also showed that there was no sisal fiber in the feces for group B sheep,the mutton color,the mutton flavour and fecal morphology were similar between A and B groups.
