摘要
为了对航空发动机金属材料激光烧结技术进行研究,采用选择性激光烧结技术进行了激光烧结Inconel718工艺试验,同时对激光烧结Inconel718试样的显微组织、洛氏硬度和室温拉伸进行检测,与铸造K4169和锻造GH4169的显微组织、洛氏硬度以及标准室温拉伸进行对比分析。结果表明,激光烧结nconel718试样的组织细小、均匀、致密,优于铸造K4169和锻造GH4169;激光烧结nconel718横向(x-y截面)试样的洛氏硬度最高,层与层之间洛氏硬度分布较均匀;激光烧结Inconel718试样的抗拉强度和屈服强度高于铸造K4169和锻造GH4169,但其塑性指标有待于提高。
In order to research the laser sintering technology of aero-engine metal material,selective laser sintering technology was used for direct laser sintering Inconel718 technological test, microstructure, Rockwell hardness and standard room temperature tensile of laser sintering Inconel718 specimen were tested, and contrastively analyzed with microstructure, Rockwell hardness and standard room temperature tensile of casting K4169 and forging GH4169. The results showed that the structure of laser sintering Inconel718 specimen was fine, uniform, compact and superior to casting K4169 and forging GH4169; Rockwell hardness of laser sintering Inconel718 transverse(x-y section) specimen was the highest, and evenly distributed between tiers;tensile strength and yield strength of laser sintering Inconel718 specimen were higher than casting K4169 and forging GH4169,but plasticity index needed to improve.
