摘要
对在线运行动车组的DC24 V/DC110 V直流变换器故障频率较高的问题进行了研究。为了有效降低直流变换器的故障率,提高在线运行动车组的准点率,首先,对直流变换器的工作原理进行了分析,对典型故障的直流变换器进行试验台测试,确定故障部位,分析故障原因;然后,对直流变换器在两种不同工况下的使用寿命进行对比分析;最后,通过对比发现工况优化后的直流变换器使用寿命及可靠性优势明显。
To study the high failure rate of DC24 V/DC110 V DC converter used in EMU, effectively reduce the failure rate and improve the punctuality of EMU,the working principle of DC converter is firstly analyzed,the typical failure of DC converter is tested to determine the fault location,and the causes of DC converter failure are analyzed. Secondly,the service life circles of DC converter under two different operating conditions are comparatively analyzed. Finally,the advantages of the service life and reliability of DC converter are verified in optimized operating conditions.
