摘要
地理信息系统在技术发展导引与应用驱动两大动力因素作用下,得到了快速发展,使得社会对地理信息的需求大大增加。而目前传统测量获得的数据大部分都是DAT(TXT)格式的数据,不能很好的满足地理信息处理、分析的需求。ArcGIS软件作为一个可伸缩的,全面的GIS平台被GISer们广泛应用。文章以2015年西太平洋飓风数据为例,开发研究了DAT(TXT)文件批量转SHP文件的功能,验证了该方法的可行性,可有效帮助GISer们方便快捷的处理DAT(TXT)文件数据,具有非常重要的现实意义。
In the development and application ol technology,geographic information system has been developing rapidly,so that the social demand for geographic information has been greatly increased.The traditional measurement data that currently are mostly DAT（TXT） data format,can not meet the needs ol geographic informations’ processing and analysis.ArcGIS software as a scalable,comprehensive GIS platform is widely used by GISer.so in this paper,we developed the function of a batch of DAT（TXT） datas convert to SHP formal taking an exmaple of hurricane tropical datas for western pacific to verify the feasibility of proposed method.This function can effectively help GISer process DAT（TXT） datas that has a very important practical significance.
