祛瘀散结胶囊对子宫肌瘤大鼠的治疗作用

Therapeutic effect of quyu sanjie capsule on uterine leiomyoma rats

目的探讨祛瘀散结胶囊对实验性子宫肌瘤大鼠的治疗作用。方法取Wistar雌性大鼠60只,随机分为空白组、模型组、桂枝茯苓胶囊组、祛瘀散结胶囊组高(21.3 g/kg)、中(10.7 g/kg)、低(5.4 g/kg)剂量亚组,每组10只。以己烯雌酚和黄体酮联合肌肉注射制备大鼠子宫肌瘤模型,应用祛瘀散结胶囊进行治疗,观察祛瘀散结胶囊对子宫肌瘤模型大鼠的治疗作用及其对血清雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)水平的影响,并比较4组大鼠子宫系数、子宫横径。结果模型组大鼠血清E2、P水平高于空白组(P<0.05);与模型组比较,桂枝茯苓胶囊组和祛瘀散结胶囊组高、中剂量用药后血清E2、P水平均较低(P<0.05)。模型组大鼠子宫系数高于空白组,子宫颈宽度大于空白组(P<0.05);桂枝茯苓胶囊组和祛瘀散结胶囊组高、中剂量用药后子宫系数与子宫颈宽度低于模型组(P<0.05);各组子宫体长度无显著性差异(P>0.05)。病理结果显示其可抑制子宫平滑肌增生。结论祛瘀散结胶囊对实验性大鼠子宫肌瘤有一定的治疗作用。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of quyu sanjie capsule on experimental uterine fibroids rats.Methods 60 Wistar female rats were randomly divided into namely control group,model group,guizhi fuling capsule group and quyu sanjie capsule group high（21.3 g/kg）,medium（10.7 g/kg） and low（5.4 g/kg） doses,10 rats in each group.The rat model of uterine fibroids was prepared by intramuscular injection of diethylstilbestrol and progesterone and treated with quyu sanjie capsule.The therapeutic effect of quyu sanjie capsule on rats with uterine fibroids and its effect on serum estradiol（E2） and progesterone（P）,and the uterine coefficient and uterine diameter were compared among the four groups.Results The model group of E2,P were higher than namely control group（P〈0.05）.Compared with model group,the levels of serum E2 and P were significantly higher of guizhi fuling capsule positive control group and quyu sanjie capsule group high,medium doses（P〈0.05）.The model group of uterine coefficient was higher than namely control group,uterine diameter was bigger than namely control group（P〈0.05）.Guizhi fuling capsule group and quyu sanjie capsule group high,medium doses of uterine coefficient and uterine diameter were lower than model group（P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference of uterus length among the groups（P〉0.05）.Pathological results showed that it can inhibit uterine smooth muscle hyperplasia.Conclusion Quyu sanjie capsule on the experimental rat with uterine fibroids have a certain therapeutic effect.
