关节镜下囊肿切除联合半月板缝合术治疗半月板周围囊肿的临床疗效

Clinical effect of arthroscopic cyst excision combined with meniscal suture in the treatment of cysts around meniscus

目的:探讨关节镜下囊肿切除联合半月板缝合术治疗半月板周围囊肿的临床效果。方法:收治半月板周围囊肿患者55例,给予关节镜下囊肿切除联合半月板缝合术治疗,评价术后疗效。结果:术前患者IKDC平均分(53.62±4.36)分,术后(84.21±6.21)分;术前的Lyshlom评分(54.33±5.69)分,术后(81.26±6.68)分。术前和术后IKDC评分和Lyshlom评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。按照Barrett标准,患者的临床治愈率96.36%,其中患者的膝关节间隙出现压痛2例,McMurray试验阳性,视为半月板未愈合。结论:关节镜下半月板修复术治疗半月板囊肿的临床疗效确切,具有创伤小、恢复快等优势。

Objective：To investigate the effect of arthroscopic cyst excision combined with meniscal suture in the treatment of cysts around meniscus.Methods：55 patients with cysts around meniscus were selected.They were treated with arthroscopic cyst excision combined with meniscal suture.We evaluated the postoperative curative effect.Results：The average score of IKDC was（53.62 ± 4.36）scores before operation,and（84.21 ± 6.21）points after operation;the Lyshlom score was（54.33 ± 5.69）before operation and（81.26 ± 6.68）after operation.The difference between IKDC score and Lyshlom score was statistically significant before and after the operation（P〈0.05）.According to the Barrett standard,the patient＇s clinical cure rate was 96.36%,and there were 2 cases of pressure pain in the space of the knee joint of the patients.The McMurray test was positive as the nonunion of meniscus.Conclusion：Meniscus repair under arthroscopy is effective in the treatment of meniscus cyst,which has the advantages of small trauma and quick recovery.
