心电图数字化诊断系统在心血管患者诊断中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨分析心电图数字化诊断管理系统在心血管病患者医院诊断管理中的应用。方法选择我院收治的108例心血管病患者,将其随机分为观察组56例,对照组52例,对照组采取传统人工分析疾病打印图形,观察组采用心电图数字化诊断管理系统进行描述分析,比较两组患者心电图检查报告时间、诊断描述准确率以及患者对检查的满意度。结果观察组患者检查报告时间显著低于对照组(p<0.05);观察组诊断描述准确率为100.00%,对照组诊断描述准确率为86.54%,两组差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05);观察组患者对检查的满意度为100.00%,对照组患者对检查的满意度为82.69%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论心电图数字化诊断管理系统的应用,可有效提高心电图诊断的工作效率以及诊断准确率,有助于患者满意度的提高,值得临床推广运用。 Objective To investigate and analyze the effect of digital ECG diagnosis management system in the diagnosis and management of patients with cardiovascular diseases. Methods A total of 108 patients with cardiovascular diseases admitted to our hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group (n=56) and control group (n=52). The control group employed traditional manual analysis of disease print patterns. The observation group adopted digital ECG diagnosis management system for description. The two groups were compared in ECG report time, diagnostic accuracy and patient satisfaction with the examination. Results The examination report time in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (p〈0.05). The accuracy rate of diagnosis was 100.00% in the observation group and 86.54% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). The satisfaction rate of patients were 100.00% in the observation group and 82.69% in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion Digital ECG diagnosis management system can effectively improve the work efficiency and diagnostic accuracy of ECG diagnosis and the patient satisfaction, and is worthy of wider application in clinical practice.
