摘要
在水性聚氨酯骨架中引入聚硅氧烷链节,制备一种有机硅改性水性聚氨酯湿摩擦牢度提升剂,以改善活性染料耐湿摩擦色牢度较差的问题。探讨了有机硅接入量对耐湿摩擦色牢度提升剂性能的影响,并对提升剂样品进行了结构表征、乳液稳定性分析和应用性能评价。结果表明,端羟烃基聚硅氧烷接入量为19%、浸轧(轧液率80%)用量为40 g/L时,可使深浓色染色织物的耐湿摩擦色牢度提升2~3级,且不影响织物的柔软手感。
In order to improve the wet rubbing fastness of reactive dyes, one kind of organic silicon modified water based polyurethane wet fastness agent is prepared by introducing hydroxyl alkyl silicone oil to water-based polyurethane. In this paper ,the effect of silicon content on the performance of the agent is discussed ,and the syn- thetic agents are analyzed from the aspects of structure, emulsion stability and application performance. The result shows that the optimized percentage of hydroxyl silicone oil is 19%, the concentration of agent is 40 g/L(mangle rate 80%), the wet rubbing fastness of fabrics can be improved by 2-3 levels and the softness of the fabric can be kept simultaneously.
