辽源市满族和汉族女性亚甲基四氢叶酸还原酶和甲硫氨酸合成酶还原酶基因单核苷酸多态性调查 被引量:5

摘要 目的调查辽源市满族、汉族女性亚甲基四氢叶酸还原酶(MTHFR)C677T、A1298C及甲硫氨酸合成酶还原酶(MTRR)A66G单核苷酸多态性的特征并进行比较。方法收集辽源市273例汉族女性和100例满族女性的口腔黏膜上皮细胞,提取基因组DNA,通过荧光定量PCR方法进行MTHFR和MTRR基因多态性检测。统计分析本地区满族和汉族女性基因多态性的分布特征的差异。结果 MTHFR C677T、A1298C和MTRR A66G 3个位点多态性在满族和汉族女性间的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),而MTHFR A1298C位点等位基因分布情况在两民族女性间的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论辽源市满族和汉族女性MTHFR和MTRR基因多态性分布差异无统计学意义,可能与民族亲缘关系相近或满族汉化有关。 Objective To explore gene polymorphisms of methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase( MTHFR) C677 T,A1298 C and methionine synthase reductase( MTRR) A66 G among Manchu and Han women in Liaoyuan city. Methods A total of 273 cases of Han women and 100 cases of Manchu women in Liaoyuan were recruited in the study. Their oral epithelial cells were collected,followed by the extraction of genome DNA. The fluorescence quantitative PCR was used to detect gene polymorphisms of MTHFR and MTRR The distribution frequency of MTHFR and MTRR in Manchu and Han women were compared. Results The frequency of MTHFR C677 T,A1298 C and MTRR A66 G was no significant difference between Manchu and Han women( P 〉0. 05). However,there was statistical difference in the frequency of MTHFR A1298 C between Manchu and Han women( P 〈0. 05). Conclusion There was no difference in the polymorphism distribution of MTHFR and MTRR between Manchu and Han women in Liaoyuan city. It might be the similar national kinship or the sinicization of Manchu.
