摘要
通过对变速箱轴类焊合件的工艺开发,分析了在实际加工此类零件过程中遇到的工艺基准选择、零件结构干涉、热处理花键变动大和不同材料焊接等引起的问题,在阐述此类零件工艺方法的同时,针对加工难点和瓶颈,通过选择工艺基准、改变加工思路、订制专用刀具等手段,实现了工艺方案的优化,根本上解决了该类零件难加工问题,最终顺利完成了动力换向大轮拖的试制任务。
The paper analyzed the problems in the actual processing of welded parts of gearbox shafts such as datum selection,part structure interference,huge spline variation during heat treatment and different material welding,stated the processing method of such parts,obtained the optimized process program through datum selection,processing think change and professional tool custmizing,and then solved the difficult processing problem of these parts.
