摘要 信号设备的可靠性直接影响着铁路系统的安全和运能,将信息化技术用于铁路信号设备的维修管理,支持电务段的各项日常管理活动,是提高其工作效率、实现向状态修转变的必要手段。以北京电务段为依托,深入调研电务管理需求,在此基础上辨识、分析管理信息系统的核心需求,并提出系统架构及技术方案,从而实现信息化的铁路信号设备的维修管理,为电务段信号设备维修管理提供便捷、高效的管理方式。 The safety and carry capacity of a railway system is directly influenced by the reliability of its signaling system. Information technology is an important and essential way to improve work efficiency and indispensable mean for condition-based maintenance. By investigating the require- ments of C&S maintenance management in Beijing C&S Division, core functions of a computer- ized maintenance management system are recognized and analyzed. Meanwhile, the architecture and technical solution is proposed and computerized maintenance management of railway signaling devices can be realized, thus offering a convenient and efficient manner for Beijing C&S Division in the management of signaling devices.
