中药结合甲状腺素片预防结节性甲状腺肿术后复发的效果

Effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with Thyroid Hormone Tablets preventing postoperative recurrence of nodular goiter

目的研究中药结合甲状腺素片预防结节性甲状腺肿术后复发的效果。方法选取我院2014年3月~2016年3月收治的90例结节性甲状腺肿患者作为研究对象,按照电脑随机分组法分为对照组(45例)与观察组(45例)。对照组采用甲状腺素片治疗,观察组采用甲状腺素片+中药治疗。比较两组的复发情况、治疗效果。结果观察组患者半年内的复发率为6.67%,明显低于对照组的24.44%(P<0.05),临床总有效率为93.33%,明显高于对照组的75.56%(P<0.05)。结论中药结合甲状腺素片能较好地预防结节性甲状腺肿术后复发。

Objective To study the effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with Thyroid Hormone Tablets preventing postoperative recurrence of nodular goiter.Methods Ninety patients with nodular goiter treated in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2016 were selected as the research object,and they were the divided into control group（45 cases）and observation group（45 cases） according to computer random grouping method.The control group was treated with Thyroxine Tablets,while the observation group was treated with Thyroxine Tablets plusing traditional Chinese medicine.The recurrence and treatment effect between the two groups were compared.Results The recurrence rate of patients in the observation group was 6.67% in half a year,which was obviously lower than that of the control group（24.44%）（P〈0.05）,and the total clinical effective rate was 93.33% in the observation group,which was obviously higher than that of the control group（75.56%）（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine combined with Thyroid Hormone Tablets can better prevent postoperative recurrence of nodular goiter.
