摘要
采用双酚A为模板分子,制备了分子印迹整体材料,并应用于河水样品中环境雌激素的萃取分析.分子印迹整体棒表面均匀、多孔,使用寿命在80次以上.分子印迹整体棒对水溶液中的不同环境雌激素表现出良好的萃取选择性,建立了分子印迹整体棒微萃取联用高效液相色谱分析水相样品中环境雌激素的方法,可实现河水中6种雌激素的分析,回收率在70.5%到109.3%之间.该分子印迹整体材料微萃取联用高效液相色谱可实现含水样品中多种雌激素的同时分析.
Monolithic material based on molecularly imprinted polymer( MIP) was developed by using bisphenol A( BPA) as template. It was then applied to extract environmental estrogens in river water samples. The surface of the MIP monolithic bar was uniform and porous. The bar could be used more than 80 times. The MIP-monolithic bar presents good selective effect to different environmental estrogens in water solution. This study also established a method to analyze estrogens in aqueous samples through MIP monolithic bar microextraction coupled with HPLC. The method was also used to analyze six types of estrogens in river samples,and the recovery rates ranged from 70. 5% to 109. 3%. The MIP-monolithic material microextraction coupled with HPLC can be used to determine numerous types of estrogens in aqueous samples simultaneously.
