本文阐明运用PDCA循环法持续改进企业标准化工作,包括企业标准的制定、实施并监督检查,企业标准体系的构建、实施并评价改进,开展标准化有关活动等,为企业开展标准化工作提供了一个很好思路,使行之有效的企业标准化工作助推企业可持续发展。

This paper describes the continuous improvement of enterprise standardization based on PDCA method, including the formulation, implementation and supervision of enterprise standards, the construction, implementation and evaluation of enterprise standards system and standardization activities, which provides a train of thought for enterprise standardization. The PDCA method will increase the efficiency of enterprises standardization and promote sustainable development of enterprises.
