摘要
人类社会的不断进步离不开每一次科学技术的革命影响,处于当前知识爆炸的时代环境下,各类新兴的技术与材料层出不穷,其中铝加工热轧技术的快速提升,使其在加工制造业领域发挥出重要的作用,如何科学设计铝带热轧组中的液压剪显得十分关键。本文通过阐述液压剪的类型划分与构成,并且据此提出了铝带热轧机组中的液压剪设计方法。此次的研究以探究铝带热轧机组中的液压剪设计方法作为目的,从而有效发挥出铝带热轧机组中的液压剪的良好作用。
With the continuous progress of human society cannot do without affecting every revolution of science and technology, in the era of knowledge explosion environment, all kinds of new technology and materials emerge in an endless stream, the rapid increase of aluminum hot rolling technology, the manufacturing industry in the field of processing play an important role in the scientific design of aluminum with hydraulic the hot shear is very crucial in the group.The purpose of this study is to explore the design method of hydraulic shear in aluminum strip hot rolling mill, so as to effectively play the good role of hydraulic shear in aluminum strip hot rolling mill.
